These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, online fitness programs, nutrition guidance, coaching services, communications, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Medical Responsibility

You confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older, or have legal parental/guardian consent.

You understand that the Services are not medical advice.

You are responsible for consulting a licensed physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

You assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during participation.

Perfect Shape by Ana is not a medical provider, dietitian, or healthcare professional.

3. Program Description

Perfect Shape by Ana provides an 8-Week Online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Program, which may include:

Full-body workout plans

Customized or guided meal planning

Educational fitness and nutrition materials

Digital resources and guides

Check-ins and progress tracking

Messaging or community support (if applicable)

Program structure, delivery method, and support availability may vary at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information (health, goals, lifestyle).

Follow instructions safely and responsibly.

Understand that results depend on your effort, consistency, and adherence.

Communicate promptly and respectfully.

Failure to comply may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Payment & Access

Full payment is required before program access is granted.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

You authorize us to process payments using third-party payment processors.

Access to digital content is granted immediately or shortly after purchase.

6. No Refund Policy (Acknowledgment)

By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are FINAL

NO REFUNDS, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges are provided

This applies regardless of participation level, results, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

Workout plans

Meal plans

PDFs, videos, images

Branding, logos, text, and designs

are the exclusive intellectual property of Perfect Shape by Ana. You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

8. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding:

Weight loss

Fat reduction

Muscle gain

Physical or mental transformation

Your results depend on factors beyond our control.

9. Assumption of Risk

Fitness and nutrition programs involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, dietary changes, and program participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Shape by Ana shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from:

Participation in the program

Use or misuse of content

Technical errors or service interruptions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of content—without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Perfect Shape by Ana operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
