Program Delivery

-There is no physical product shipped.

-All programs, plans, and materials are delivered digitally via email.

-Please make sure you provide a valid and active email address when completing your questionnaire or checkout.

-Your personalized 8-week plan will be delivered within 2–4 business days after your information is received.

If you do not see your program after this time, please check your spam/junk folder first.

Once a program has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are available.

This applies regardless of:

-Completion level of the program

-Change of mind

-Scheduling conflicts

-Personal circumstances

-Failure to check or provide the correct email
