Yes! The program is designed to be beginner-friendly while still effective. Exercises can be adjusted based on your fitness level, and everything is explained clearly so you can follow along with confidence.
Not necessarily. Most workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. If equipment is needed, we provide simple alternatives whenever possible.
